Senior Residential Care Lead – Learning Disabilities

Oneway Recruit LTD. is recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker for a children’s LD home in Burton upon Trent. You will lead shifts, support vulnerable children, mentor staff, and implement care plans with safeguarding measures.

The role offers a £30,000 annual base salary, plus £60 per sleep-in, overtime at time-and-a-half, and pay rises after probation and each year of service. Full-time, rota-based with sleep-ins; driving licence required.
