Hybrid HR & People Manager – Part-Time

Lakeland Arts is seeking an experienced HR & People Manager to lead people strategy across all Lakeland Arts museums, including Windermere Jetty Museum, Blackwell and Abbot Hall. The role focuses on developing and supporting staff, shaping an inclusive culture, and delivering high quality human resources services.

It is a part-time, permanent position (0.8 FTE, 4 days a week) with on-site/hybrid working arrangements.
