Hybrid HR Manager – People & Culture (Public Sector)

Sellick Partnership is recruiting an experienced HR Manager for a public sector client in the West Midlands. The role is hybrid, with a minimum of three days on-site per week and reports to the Head of People and Culture.

You will advise on employee relations, performance, organisational change and leadership capability. Responsibilities include handling complex ER cases, advising on employment law, supporting restructures and TUPE, and using workforce data to drive improvements while coaching
