Join a Hospital Discharge Team for a Local Authority based in Manchester. The Social Worker is completing assessments for adults who are being discharged from the hospital. This role is paying £30.00/hour, 2 days in the office and a 3-month initial contract.

This is a locum opportunity; the adult social worker is required to have 2 years post qualified experience. It is beneficial to have previous social work experience within a Hospital Discharge service.
