Senior Legal Talent Acquisition Lead

Weightmans is seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition professional to lead complex recruitment campaigns for senior legal roles across the firm. You will partner with partners and hiring managers to design inclusive processes, run market mapping and headhunting, and manage end-to-end recruitment for Partner positions.

You will build and maintain talent pools, engage passive candidates via job boards and social channels, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from first contact to offer.
