Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts; define strategy for complex transformation programs
• Engage with clients to capture requirements, understand challenges, and identify success factors
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover pain points and tech needs
• Analyze processes; produce As-Is/To-Be models highlighting bottlenecks and inefficiencies
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; ensure shared understanding across dev and testing teams
• Contribute to growth through propositions, proposals, and RFP responses
• Coach junior teammates and stay updated on industry best practices
• Support R&D and domain knowledge of Biotech/Pharma Life Sciences
• Handle governance in regulated environments and leverage BPMN, etc. for process modelling

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Biotech/Pharma Life Sciences domain experience
• Proven experience leading projects or major workstreams with strong PM skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience as a Business Analyst in Biotech/Pharma Life Sciences; knowledge of LIMS, ELN, CTMS
• Experience supporting R&D teams with domain applications like LIMS, ELN, CTMS
• Proactive issue resolution and momentum maintenance with senior stakeholders
• Experience delivering large Life Science projects with cross-functional teams
