Factory Manager – Fishmongers Seafood Production

The Role
We are looking for a Factory Manager to take control of our busy factory environment, working with our existing team to store, prepare, pack and dispatch fresh, frozen and cooked fish to fulfil customer orders in both our Wholesale and Home Delivery production areas, to include the “Cooked and Packaged” area.
Ideally the applicant will have Food Hygiene and HACCP Level 3, and preferably have significant experience in managing a team working with raw and cooked food products, operating to nationally recognized food safety standards. Knowledge of fish species, filleting and presentation would be a significant advantage.
The successful candidate will be a team player with ability to lead the factory team working with the senior management team and have good communication skills. You will need to be flexible, adaptable and have a ‘can do’ attitude and be able to encourage others to work together to meet the needs of the Company and its customers.
