Assistant F&B Manager — Luxury Hotel & Golf Estate

The Buckinghamshire Golf Club – Arora Group seeks an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for its luxury hotel. You will assist with managing F&B operations, ensure warm, welcoming and exceptional service, and help drive brand standards across the team.

You will lead by example, monitor performance via guest feedback and financial results, and support budgeting, stock takes and staff training in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
