F&B Manager — Luxury Hotel Opening (Bristol)

Hotel Gotham Bristol is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the pre-opening F&B operation for Bristol’s first luxury five-star lifestyle hotel. You will oversee our signature restaurant, rooftop terrace, cocktail lounge and private events.

Working with the pre-opening leadership team, you will recruit and develop a high-performing F&B leadership team, drive guest experiences, and deliver operational excellence from day one.
