Flagship Retail Sales & Service Leader

ALO YOGA is seeking a Sales & Service Manager to lead the store’s guest experience and sales strategy. This full-time role sits on the store leadership team and focuses on achieving business targets while elevating team talent.

You will partner with the General Manager to build and deploy the Sales & Service plan, coach staff, and ensure alignment with ALO’s guiding principles. The position requires strong communication and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
