Water Recycling Operations Leader

Anglian Water Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our water recycling facilities. You will ensure regulatory compliance, optimise processes, and manage resources with a focus on safety and sustainability.

The role requires strong leadership, effective stakeholder engagement with regulators and customers, and the ability to coach teams. A degree or equivalent experience in water operations is preferred, with a UK driving licence.
