Lead Registered Nurse – Care Home Team Leader

Avery Healthcare is looking for a warm, dedicated Registered Nurse to join Winchester Heights Care Home in Winchester, Hampshire. You will act as person in charge when required and oversee care delivery to residents with compassion and professionalism.

In this role you will distribute medications, support families and GPs, supervise the care team, and contribute to high standards of care and thorough care planning. A strong NMC registration and two years’ experience are expected.
