Mental Health Care Pro (RMN/Assistant) – Impactful Support

Tamfol in Market Harborough is seeking compassionate Mental Health Care Assistants and RMNs to join a specialist care home. You will provide high-quality care to adults with mental health needs, build therapeutic relationships, promote wellbeing, and support independence in a person-centred environment.

RMNs will undertake clinical assessments, administer medications, and lead care teams in line with NMC standards.
