Occupational Therapist, Homelessness & Community Health

Oxford Health is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist to join the Oxfordshire Health and Homelessness Inclusion Team. You will assess and intervene with individuals experiencing homelessness, working within a multidisciplinary team to access mainstream health and social care services and contribute to service development.
