Job Description:
Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Locum Community Physiotherapist to join our community service in Nottingham. You will assess patients in the community, develop individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based physiotherapy to promote recovery and independence.
You will work with a multidisciplinary team, monitor progress, educate patients and families on self-management, and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
