Person-Centred Activities Coordinator for Wellbeing

Meadow Bank, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking an Activities Coordinator to enhance daily life through engaging, person-centred activities that promote wellbeing and social interaction. You will plan and deliver group and one-to-one activities tailored to individuals’ interests, abilities and care needs, building strong relationships with residents.

We offer training and support to help you develop in the role. Hours: 37.5 per week; pay: £13.45–£13.95 per hour.
