Burns Outreach Nurse: Community Care & MDT Champion

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Band 6 Nurse with an interest in Burns Specialist Outreach Nursing. The role involves working within the Multidisciplinary Team to ensure holistic care and to deliver specialist burn care in the community.

You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and preferably experience as a burns nurse in acute settings. The post includes teaching in the community in liaison with community/GP services and MDT attendance.
