Property Inspector – Temporary Accommodation

Location: London & Surrounding Boroughs

Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am-7pm

About the Role

Join a fast‑growing housing management team supporting local authorities across London. You’ll play a key role in ensuring temporary accommodation is safe, compliant, and ready for residents. This is a hands‑on, field‑based role where you’ll work closely with councils, landlords, and contractors to maintain high standards and support vulnerable tenants.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct property inspections to assess condition and tenant upkeep
• Complete occupancy checks to identify abandonment or unauthorised sub‑letting
• Carry out ready‑to‑let assessments using pre‑populated digital forms

Requirements

• Essential experience in social housing or property management
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication, organisation, and IT skills
