United Infrastructure is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the delivery of responsive repairs and maintenance contracts in the Social Housing sector in Thame. You will manage repairs, voids, disrepair and maintenance contracts, and oversee performance against quality, safety, and budget targets.
The role requires strong leadership, client and stakeholder relationship skills, and a solid background in SOR-based commercial management. A full UK driving licence is required.
