Location: Ashwood, Ashington

Salary: £21.72 per hour

Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday

The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Joiner to join our Property Maintenance & Construction team. You’ll be responsible for carrying out joinery repairs and associated multi-skilled work across domestic and commercial properties, delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

About You

You’ll need:

• City & Guilds Craft Certificate in Joinery or equivalent – essential
• Full UK driving licence – essential
• CSCS card – desirable
• Strong knowledge of joinery and wider building construction
• Experience working across domestic and commercial properties
• Experience within a property maintenance environment
• Ability to work to targets and deadlines
