Carpenter – Reactive Maintenance for Social Housing

Wates Smartspace in London’s Finsbury Park is looking for a Carpenter to join our Responsive Maintenance team, delivering reactive maintenance to residents under a social housing contract.

You will carry out carpentry repairs across properties, work with a supervisor, and document tasks on daily sheets. A full UK driving licence and proven carpentry experience are essential.
