Employee Benefits Account Manager – People-First & Impactful

Aon plc in the United Kingdom is hiring an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support our growing Benefits team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, provide administrative support, and partner with Consultants to ensure outstanding client service delivery.

You’ll liaise with product providers, HR and third parties, respond promptly to client enquiries, onboard new clients, and produce reports and market analyses within agreed timeframes. This role is office-based in Birmingham.
