HR Officer: Drive Recruitment, Engagement & Compliance

Richard-Whittaker LTD is seeking a proactive HR Officer to join our team in a full-time capacity. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and core HR administration for 110 employees, reporting directly to the Production Director.

The role covers employee engagement, policy compliance and payroll support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Qualifications include CIPD Level 3 and strong knowledge of employment law, with CPD commitment and excellent communication skills.
