Store Team Leader — Customer Experience & Training

Bestway Group is seeking a proactive Store Supervisor to lead a fast-paced retail team. You will deliver outstanding customer service, uphold brand standards, and report issues affecting the shopping experience while building strong local community relationships.

You will train new staff, promote promotions, manage diverse tasks, and adapt to flexible shifts between 6am and 10pm, ensuring store control guidelines are followed.
