About the Role
As a Field Sales Advisor, you’ll represent Virgin Media O₂ in local communities, introducing customers to our broadband, mobile and TV entertainment services that can make a real difference to everyday life. This is a face‑to‑face, target‑driven role where resilience, confidence and motivation are key. The starting salary is £26,228 plus uncapped commission, with top earners making between £50k and £70k.
Key Responsibilities
- Work independently in your allocated patch, speaking with customers door to door
- Build rapport quickly and confidently with a wide range of people
- Understand customer needs and recommend the right broadband, mobile and TV entertainment packages
- Clearly explain pricing, deals and benefits
- Manage your own workload from first conversation through to close
- Take ownership of your results, targets and earning potential
Our Ways of Working
This is a full‑time, field‑based role working 37.5 hours per week, typically between 12pm and 8pm. Teams are aligned to home postcode, so you’ll need to live within the designated catchment area. Shift patterns and expectations will be discussed during the recruitment process.

- A full UK driving licence
