We’re looking for an experienced Head of Agile Delivery to shape how business and technology change is delivered across a complex, evolving organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to drive agile transformation, improve delivery performance and harness AI to fundamentally change how teams plan, collaborate and deliver value.

What you’ll be doing:

• Define and lead the agile delivery strategy and operating model.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation, embedding intelligent tools and workflows across the delivery lifecycle.
• Improve delivery speed, predictability, productivity and business outcomes.
• Build high-performing teams and champion continuous improvement.
• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to deliver strategic change.
• Ensure AI adoption is responsible, secure and aligned with appropriate governance.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven leadership experience in agile delivery, technology transformation or large-scale change.
• Complex Agile adoptions at enterprise levels
• A track record of improving delivery effectiveness and organisational agility.
• Practical experience implementing AI-enabled solutions to enhance productivity and delivery outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder leadership, strategic thinking and change management skills.
• Experience in regulated environments is advantageous.
