Strategic Leader, Early Years Funding & Family Information

Harrow Council seeks a Head of Early Years Funding and Family Information Services to provide strategic leadership across a portfolio central to high-quality early education, childcare and family support.

Reporting to the Early Years Lead Adviser, the role oversees the Early Years Block of the Dedicated Schools Grant (~£39 million), leads the Families Information Service, and works with schools, providers and government bodies to improve outcomes for children and families.
