Overview
In this role you will lead luxury FF&E delivery across multiple high-end projects, shaping bespoke schemes from concept to installation. You’ll work closely with the Director and design team to maintain design excellence, mentor junior designers, and manage complex budgets and schedules. The position combines creative leadership with client-facing presentations and international project delivery. You will help elevate projects through sophisticated visuals and precise documentation, in a fast-paced, collaborative studio.

Responsibilities
- Lead FF&E delivery from concept through completion on residential, hospitality and commercial projects
- Develop and present bespoke FF&E schemes, mood boards, sketches and CGI presentations
- Oversee sourcing, specifications, procurement, budgeting, scheduling, deliveries and installations
- Lead client meetings, site visits, and supplier coordination with consultants and contractors
- Mentor junior and mid-weight designers and maintain collaborative communication across teams
- Review specifications and sample libraries; improve studio processes and support international project delivery
Key requirements
- 5+ years in a luxury interior design studio
- Proven experience leading prestigious residential projects and managing full FF&E packages
- Strong ability to develop bespoke FF&E concepts and high-quality presentations
- Excellent visual presentation skills and experience with CGI
- Knowledge of luxury furnishings, finishes, and custom manufacturing
- Experience in budgeting, procurement, installation, and project management
- Confident client communication and team leadership
- Advanced proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office
- Willingness to travel internationally
