Application Analyst

Overview

In this role you support and develop a range of line of business applications to ensure high availability and smooth business operations. You will work with the IT team, partner organisations and senior stakeholders to deliver positive IT outcomes that enable services for Lewisham’s diverse communities. You’ll tackle incidents, oversee upgrades and patches, and contribute to projects with an analytical, proactive mindset. Key requirements

• Experienced IT practitioner with a track record in managing line of business and/or enterprise applications
• Ability to engage with colleagues and stakeholders to deliver service improvements
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving, planning, and prioritisation under pressure
