Regional Sales Manager, London – Cardiac

Overview

In this role you drive growth for cardiac operating and related hospital departments across London, partnering with leading cardiac teams. You train and support surgeons and teams during procedures and provide patient-care follow-up when needed. You’ll work closely with the Area Director to align with corporate goals and share market insights with marketing. You’ll influence adoption and expand the customer base while maintaining compliance across hospital sites. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven sales role with a strong clinical context and meaningful impact on outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory to hit targets
• Identify new customers and opportunities to grow the business
• Increase penetration within existing accounts to expand base business
• Collaborate with the Area Director to align with corporate sales goals
• Share industry news and feedback with marketing
• Attend industry trade shows and events as required
• Manage territory and track customer activity
• Ensure compliance to access hospital/healthcare sites

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of cardiac surgical ablation systems (highly preferred)
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
• Strong clinical and technical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Self-motivated, team player, goal-oriented
• Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word
• Willingness to travel 50-80%
• Fluent in English
