Knowledge Engineering Consultant / Team Lead

Overview

In this role you will build knowledge graph components that transform a client’s data architecture and enable AI-driven solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design semantically rich models and ensure integration with the broader system. You will tackle complex data engineering and AI challenges, shaping the semantic layer to support scalable enterprise applications. You will also grow into a team lead, guiding junior engineers and sharing learnings with the team. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to apply KG and AI methods to real-world client problems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement knowledge graph components and AI/semantic solutions
• Collaborate with project teams and delivery leads to integrate solutions with the wider system
• Build relationships with client counterparts and support their workstreams
• Gather and present evidence for the recommended semantic layer solution
• Support Accenture sales efforts when needed
• Continuously develop skills in data & AI solutions, including agentic technologies
• Contribute to ontology design and KG curation as part of the project lifecycle

Key requirements

• Knowledge Graph technologies (RDF, SPARQL, LPG, SHACL)
• Schema design, ontology management, and KG curation
• Design and development of KG solutions and graph-based ML models
• End-to-end data pipeline implementation for AI applications (LLMs), with hands-on design/configuration
• Strong experience with relational databases, object stores, graph databases (Stardog, Neo4J, Amazon Neptune) and vector databases
