SAP Data Migration Manager

Overview

In this role, you drive SAP data migration within S/4HANA transformations, leading data migration streams for diverse clients. You translate business needs into SAP design and oversee delivery with delivery centers. You advise on data strategy and ensure data quality throughout the lifecycle. This is a client-facing, transformation-focused leadership role at a global partner, offering opportunities to shape data-enabled solutions and accelerate value realization.

Responsibilities

• Advise on data transformation strategies and SAP-enabled solutions to create client value
• Lead the data migration stream in S/4HANA transformations and coordinate with delivery centers
• Translate business and functional requirements into SAP design documentation and oversee delivery
• Work with clients across industries on data strategy, migration approaches, and quality improvements

Key requirements

• 7+ years in functional data management across full SAP implementation lifecycles
• Experience advising on data strategy and implementing data migration solutions using SAP Data Services and Data Migration Cockpit
• Proficiency with SAP data tools: Data Services, SDI, Migration Cockpit, Information Steward
• Strong data quality management experience and ability to define corrective actions and monitoring
• Understanding of data management and migration strategies and methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Client-facing experience translating requirements into SAP solutions
