As a Management Consultant in Accenture’s Energy, Chemicals and Natural Resources practice, you help clients solve complex business and technology challenges. You will work on value creation, operating model transformation, and sustainability initiatives, frequently bridging business and technology to enable measurable outcomes. You’ll lead multidisciplinary teams, nurture client relationships, and contribute to growth through thought leadership and offerings. This role places you at the heart of the energy transition, delivering practical, high-impact results for leading industry players.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of consulting engagements to address client challenges
• Drive value creation through value case and value management
• Design and transform operating models
• Lead cost and productivity improvements
• Advance net zero transition initiatives
• Leverage analytics, big data, and AI in client solutions
• Lead technology and business transformation efforts
• Manage risk and regulatory compliance considerations

Key requirements

• 3-6+ years in energy industry, via direct roles or consulting
• Understanding of Energy/CNR trends, business models, and value chain
• Familiarity with consulting frameworks: research, analysis, structured problem solving, design thinking, project management
• Proven ability to build and sustain client relationships
• Appreciation of how technology solves business problems; experience bridging business and technology
• Familiarity with core industry technology platforms
• Ability to multitask across projects in ambiguous settings
• Strong presentation, oral and written communication
