MEP Manager

Overview

As M&E Site Manager, you will lead the on-site management of mechanical and electrical packages on a high-profile London residential development. You will coordinate with the project team, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure safe, timely delivery to quality standards. The role focuses on installation coordination, testing and commissioning, and smooth handover to clients. This is a permanent position with a developer delivering quality schemes across London and offers scope to influence project outcomes and drive site safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage all M&E subcontractors on site
• Coordinate M&E installations with the broader construction programme
• Monitor quality, progress and compliance across M&E works
• Collaborate with Project Manager and design team to resolve technical issues
• Oversee testing, commissioning and final handover
• Ensure works are delivered in line with health and safety requirements

Key requirements

• Experience as M&E Site Manager on large residential, mixed-use or commercial developments
• Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical packages
• Experience working for a main contractor or developer
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications
