Overview
In this role, you will act as a program manager within Global Banking & Markets Change Management, partnering with front-to-back teams to deliver strategic cross-divisional initiatives. You’ll apply project management rigor to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with clear risk and reporting to senior stakeholders. You will lead discovery, define requirements, and guide testing and migration plans, contributing to high-quality outcomes across the portfolio. This position offers exposure to a dynamic trading floor culture and a chance to shape operational excellence in financial services.

Responsibilities
- Partner with front-to-back teams (Operations, Design and Engineering) to develop and deploy cross-divisional initiatives
- Use project management methodologies to provide transparency on scope, timelines and risks to senior stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks from inception to completion with proposed mitigants
- Lead discovery and requirements discussions; design testing strategies aligned to business benefits
- Communicate key project matters across Front Office, Operations, Engineering, Legal, Compliance and Design
- Oversee project book of work; manage cross-project dependencies and budget
- Facilitate QA testing, migration plans and post-implementation reviews
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 4+ years in business analysis, project or program management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and business analysis experience
- Project management skills covering scope, requirements, risk, status reporting and testing
- Proven track record delivering cross-functional projects on time and within budget
- Strategic thinker with collaborative problem-solving abilities
