Flutter Engineer – Platform

Overview

In questa role you focus on mobile development within a platform team that supports Capital on Tap’s customer experience. You’ll work on Flutter-based features and shared components, aligning with design and the design system to deliver reliable iOS and Android apps. You’ll learn from senior engineers, own features over time, and tackle mobile-specific challenges like native integration, accessibility, and store releases. This is a hands-on, collaborative path to grow into a senior mobile role in a fast-growing fintech. You’ll contribute to a mission-driven platform that serves thousands of SME customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain features, widgets and shared packages in Flutter with guidance from senior engineers
• Collaborate with Design to implement the design system in iOS and Android apps
• Create unit, widget and visual regression tests with a focus on accessibility
• Learn and navigate the App Store and Google Play release processes
• Triage bugs and production issues and observe app behavior on real devices
• Participate in refinement and planning, providing technical input on assigned work
• Experiment with AI tools to improve daily workflows

Key requirements

• Hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, or native mobile with Kotlin or Swift
• Solid engineering fundamentals in any stack
• Genuine interest in mobile development and building user-friendly apps
• Good testing habits or willingness to develop them
• Experience working in an Agile team
• Curiosity and willingness to ask questions while learning
