CLARK’S in Portsmouth invites an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This hands-on leadership role ensures the store runs smoothly and hits performance targets.

You’ll drive KPI results, manage people, and maintain excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. A 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, is required.
