Roundhouse Care Ltd in Stafford is seeking a Registered Therapeutic Children’s Home Manager to lead a small group home on-site. You will oversee staff, safeguarding, reporting, and regulatory compliance while working to meet care and financial targets.

The role requires the ability to manage stress, maintain high safeguarding standards, and engage positively with vulnerable young people. A driving licence is preferred and DBS checks will be completed before start.
