New 2-bed therapeutic children’s home
We’re recruiting for a Deputy Children’s Home Manager to join a brand-new therapeutic residential service in Wisbech.
This would suit either an experienced Deputy Manager or a strong Senior Residential Support Worker who is ready to take the next step into management.
You’ll be joining a newly refurbished home supporting children and young people who require a higher level of therapeutic support.
What we’re looking for:
Children’s residential care experience
Previous Senior or Deputy-level experience
Strong leadership skills
Ability to support and develop a staff team
Full UK driving licence
Comfortable working long-day shifts and sleep-ins
The package:
Up to £36,000 basic salary
Additional sleep-in payments
Potential total additional earnings of £3,000–£6,000 per year
