Crisis Line Team Lead, Mental Health (Band 7)

Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced SMHL Team Lead (Band 7) for the Crisis Line/111MH Option service delivering 24/7 mental health crisis support. The post requires strong clinical and managerial leadership to support staff across Sussex.

You will supervise and develop a growing team, lead policy and supervision structures, and ensure staff comply with professional regulations. Office base is Worthing with mixed shift patterns.
