Breast CNS: Nurse-Led Clinics & Patient Care Navigator

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 6 Breast Clinical Nurse Specialist to join the established team at The Parapet, King Edward VII Hospital. You will support patients from investigation through treatment and into self-management, delivering expert, patient-centred care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

The role requires experience in oncology, SACT, or palliative care, with opportunities to develop expert knowledge in breast cancer care.
