Leaving Care Social Worker — Hybrid & Flexible Hours

Charles Hunter Associates Ltd is seeking an Experienced Children’s Social Worker to join the Leaving Care Team in London. You will support 16-25 year-olds transitioning into adulthood, building relationships to promote safety and stability.

The role involves complex case management, care planning and safeguarding, with collaboration across multi-agency partners. A Social Work qualification and at least three years post-qualifying experience are required, plus a UK driving licence.
