The firm has a loyal local client base and strong agent relationships. You’ll run your own busy residential caseload from instruction to completion, with experienced colleagues on hand.

The work includes:

• Residential sales and purchases
• Freehold and leasehold transactions
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity

This would suit a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Conveyancing Executive who is confident running their own residential caseload.
