CRM Growth Lead – Lifecycle & Personalization (Braze)

IG Group, a FTSE 100 fintech, is seeking a CRM Executive in London to build and optimise multi-channel campaigns. You’ll own campaigns and automated journeys across email, push, in-app and SMS within Braze, partnering with Commercial, Marketing, Product, MarTech, Analytics and Compliance.

Based in our London office, you’ll work in a CRM team led by the Head of CRM, focusing on high-quality, compliant communications that drive first trades and long-term retention.
