Team Leader – High-Acuity Care & Behaviour Management

LRL are currently recruiting for TEAM LEADERS / DEPUTY MANAGERS across the YORKSHIRE to work on a Permanent basis for a leading Healthcare Company. To provide operational leadership to a staff team delivering high-acuity support to individuals with complex behavioural needs within 3:1, 4:1 and 5:1 staffing arrangements.

The Team Leader is responsible for ensuring safe and consistent implementation of care plans, PBS plans, risk assessments, DoLS requirements and behavioural management strategies
