Outward is seeking a proactive Support Worker to assist adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs in North East London. You will provide hands-on care, support daily living activities, and help people live as independently as possible.
Training including Positive Behaviour Support is provided. A driving licence is advantageous; DBS and safeguarding training are part of the role, with opportunities to grow within a values-driven charity.
