What will you be doing?
You’ll be responsible for managing your own caseload of Private Client matters, providing clear, practical advice and delivering an excellent service to our clients.
- Advising clients on Wills and estate planning.
- Dealing with Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Managing probate and estate administration matters.
- Advising clients on inheritance tax and related Private Client issues, as appropriate to your experience.
- Building strong relationships with clients and providing a friendly, professional and empathetic service.
- Managing your caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
- Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to the continued growth and success of our Private Client team.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for an experienced, qualified Solicitor who is confident managing their own caseload and passionate about providing an excellent client experience.
Ideally, you will have:
- A current practising certificate as a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
- Solid experience in Private Client work, with the ability to handle matters independently.
- Strong technical knowledge and excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and client-care skills, with the ability to explain complex matters clearly and sensitively.
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine desire to be part of a supportive team.
