Job Description:

Client Development & Growth Consultant – Remote

Ready for a different kind of professional challenge? You may have built a successful career, gained valuable experience and reached a point where you want more from the way you work — greater flexibility, greater independence and the opportunity to have more influence over your results.

It’s Time to Shine is looking for experienced, motivated professionals to work with us in the personal development and professional education sector.

This is a flexible, remote, performance-based role for people who enjoy working with others, are comfortable taking initiative and are ready to learn a different way of working.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You’ll work with established digital education programmes and international live events, engaging with prospective clients and guiding them through a structured initial process.

Using established systems and training, you will:

  • Engage professionally with prospective clients
  • Conduct initial conversations and follow a structured qualification process
  • Build and manage professional relationships
  • Develop your communication, leadership and client-development skills
  • Participate in ongoing training and mentoring
  • Work independently while being part of a supportive global professional community

Previous experience in our sector is not required. Full training and established systems are provided.

COULD THIS SUIT YOU?

We’re less interested in a particular job title or industry and more interested in the experience and mindset you bring.

People with backgrounds in management, education, consulting, sales, recruitment, healthcare, hospitality, finance, client services and business development may find their skills highly transferable.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Have at least5 years’ professional work experience
  • Communicate confidently and enjoy working with people
  • Are self-motivated, coachable and willing to learn
  • Are comfortable working independently and being accountable for results
  • Can commit approximately 10–15 hours per week
  • Have meaningful professional and financial goals
  • Are genuinely ready to explore a more independent way of working rather than simply looking for their next conventional role

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Flexible remote working
  • Established systems and structured training
  • Ongoing mentoring and professional development
  • Access to internationally recognised digital education programmes and live events
  • A supportive global professional community
  • Performance-based remuneration linked to individual results

This role is not suitable for students or recent graduates.

Applicants requiring visa sponsorship should not apply.

YOUR NEXT CHAPTER

If you’re an experienced professional who knows you’re capable of more — and you’re ready to explore a fresh direction where initiative, personal growth and results matter — we’d be interested in hearing from you.
