We are recruiting for a Supply Chain Coordinator to support the smooth and efficient running of day to day supply chain operations.This is a varied role involving the coordination of orders, supplier communication, stock monitoring and general supply chain administration. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to help ensure materials and products are available when required and that processes run efficiently.
Coordinate day-to-day supply chain activitiesLiaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and availabilityProcess and monitor purchase orders, ensuring information is accurate and up to dateMonitor stock levels and assist with maintaining appropriate inventoryTrack deliveries and follow up on any delays or discrepanciesCommunicate with internal departments to support operational requirementsMaintain accurate records and update relevant systemsAssist with resolving supply chain queries and issuesSupport the coordination of deliveries and general logistics activities
Previous experience in a supply chain, purchasing, logistics or administration role would be advantageousStrong organisational and time management skillsGood attention to detail and accuracyConfident communication skills, both written and verbalGood IT skills, including Microsoft OfficeExperience using business systems or ERP software would be beneficial
