will be working within the logistics and distribution industry, delivering goods to businesses throughout the region while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities
Complete deliveries to business customers across the regionCarry out between 1 and 3 drops per shiftSafely operate a Class 1 vehicle in line with all regulationsAssist with unloading and handball duties where requiredComplete delivery paperwork accurately using an electronic POD deviceConduct daily vehicle checks and report any defectsEnsure all deliveries are completed safely and efficientlyMaintain excellent levels of customer service at delivery locations
Shift Pattern
Predominantly Monday to Friday workOngoing, long-term assignments availableFlexible start times available between 4am and 6amShift lengths typically between 8 and 12 hoursWeekend shifts may be availableRegular work with consistent scheduling
Requirements
Valid Class 1 (Category C+E) Driving LicenceValid Driver CPC qualificationDigital Tachograph CardGood understanding of drivers’ hours and working time regulationsAbility to complete paperwork accuratelyComfortable carrying out manual handling and unloading duties when requiredReliable and professional approach to work
